A bottle of 0.750 liters of Sangiovese wine of our production.
From one hectare of sangiovese grape vineyard dating back to the 50s’ that stretches down the hill in front of the house arises our red wine named “Bisorio”.
The Sangiovese, one of the oldest Italian vines, is a late ripening grape variety, with good coloring capacity given by the large amount of anthocyanins present in the skin.
The harvest takes place from late August until the first days of September, depending on the temperature and the amount of rainfall recorded during the summer: the grapes are hand-picked and selected before moving to the destemmer that separates the grapes from the stems grapes.
The resulting wine shows a deep purple color when young, then it evolves on a red ruby and, once mature, on garnet-colored shades.
